“No Dupes” Shampoo Campaign
“There are NO dupes for these shampoos. They’re that good.”
Our challenge was to reach clients who weren’t currently shopping for their shampoo at Sephora or even considering shopping at Sephora for their shampoo needs. We wanted to showcase that Sephora has shampoos that really work (we’re not just saying they do) and are worth it (in efficacy and value). Our strategy was to create visuals that addressed our clients’ top three hair concerns, and assured that no matter their hair type or texture - the payoff is worth it.
One of my favorite parts of this project was video editing: combing through hours of footage, guiding pacing and transitions. I had so much fun concepting an intro for our Youtube videos, pushing the intro with swipey transitions.
We created unique videos layouts for Youtube, Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat.

I collaborated with my Creative Director in trend research and developed concepts to provide creative solutions that aligned with Sephora’s marketing strategy and business objectives.
I built concept boards, decks, photo/video briefs, and design across multiple channels to visualize concept.
I closely collaborated with the SAD on every touchpoint: kick-off, concepting, pulling swipe and creating moodboards, storyboards, briefs —> designing assets, providing feedback for video editing, color grading, retouching.
Highlight: Designing the intro sequence for the Youtube video and concepting transitions.
